Shipping

Shipping amounts are based on weight and size, where you are located (orders ship from Wirral, UK) and packaging time. Items are normally shipped via Royal Mail 1st class within 3 to 5 business days of when the order is placed. Custom/ personalised orders may take 1-2 weeks depending on the design. Expedited shipping may be available upon request (email me). Transit time for Royal Mail within the UK can range from 1 to 2 business days.

International Shipping

I am currently working on setting up International shipping options on my new website. If you are from any of the below countries and would like your order shipped please email me for a quote, or until I can set it up properly you can order through my Etsy Shop.

Countries we currently ship to are: USA, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and of course United Kingdom. If your country is not on this list and you would like to place an order, please email us to see if shipment can be arranged.

Transit time for international shipments vary but will take 5-7 working days (USA) from 3-4 weeks.

Please note: we are not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred.

Returns & Exchanges

Hopefully you love your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 15 days of the date you received the item(s). [I.e: If you received your order on the 1st of the month, it would need to be delivered back by the 15th.] Returns delivered after 15 days and up to 60 days will be issued in the form of store credit. We cannot accept returns made more than 60 days after the original order date.

Please note: that all custom orders and discounted items are final sale.

Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered back unused, in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund, or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
